Force India today announced their second driver to pair future
BBC F1 pundit, Paul Di Resta in the 2013 Formula One championship. After many,
many months of speculation, the Silverstone-based team announced their latest
signing in a low-key event earlier today in a sleepy village that isn’t quite
sure if its in Northamptonshire or Buckinghamshire.
The accompanying press release simply said ‘Our second
driver is Jules-Adrian Sutil- Bianchi. Enjoy’, but I have been able to exclusively
talk to the French-German. He confirmed he was ‘excited’ about the upcoming
season and was ‘not at all worried about my identity’ before adding ‘For sure,
I’ll try not to speak to the BBC every fucking weekend and sound depressed at
all times. Where’s the nearest champagne party?’
IN OTHER NEWS: Buckinghamshire Police are currently looking
for a German-Frenchman who has reportedly attacked a senior member of the now-defunct
HRT Racing Team. It is not really known what happened, but a grumpy Scott named
Paul told the BBC: ‘I saw him raising his glass and assumed that he was
celebrating but it turned out he was about to attack someone’.
I’ll keep you updated as soon as I know anything else.
